Bruce Newburger, president, and Keith Mayer, Internet marketing specialist, last week conducted a workshop on Internet marketing at the annual national convention of SparkleWash franchisees.

SparkleWash franchisees provide pressure washing solutions to residential, commercial, industrial and construction customers. For many years, we have designed, maintained and promoted the national SparkleWash website at http://www.sparklewash.com/. A few years ago, we developed a popular franchisee website program that features a template-based websites with a online content management system (example at http://www.sparklewashofcuyahoga.com/). We have also developed more elaborate custom websites for select franchisees (example at http://www.sparklewashbyce.com/).

Bruce and Keith reviewed the opportunities for franchisees, including website design options, search engine positioning and keyword purchase options, and social networking such as posting video demonstrations to YouTube. See example:
