Serving Dynamics Online clients since 2022.
Serving Dynamics Online clients since 2022, Keren Johnson brings a unique mix of strategy, creativity, communications expertise, and hands-on digital marketing experience to her role. She enjoys helping businesses understand where they are, identify where they want to go, and develop smart marketing strategies to help them get there.
Keren earned her bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University, majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Journalism, and is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing at Bowling Green State University. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of industries and organizations, including corporations, nonprofits, healthcare, education, government, professional services, and small businesses.
She began her career at Tremco Roofing and went on to work with organizations including the United Church of Christ, Fairfax Place Nursing Facility, Cleveland Municipal Housing Court, and Hathaway Brown School. These experiences gave Keren a broad perspective on how different organizations communicate, compete, build relationships, and reach their audiences.
At Dynamics, Keren brings that experience together through SEO, content strategy, Google Ads, paid social, analytics, website strategy, reputation management, and emerging areas such as answer engine optimization. She works across platforms including Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
Keren’s strength is connecting the dots. She enjoys digging into data, studying competitors, identifying opportunities, and turning complex information into clear strategies clients can understand and act on. Her background in public relations and journalism also gives her a strong storytelling instinct—helping businesses not only get found, but communicate what makes them worth choosing.
Outside of Dynamics, Keren owns 1384 Designs, a custom laser art and engraving business that combines her love of creativity, design, and entrepreneurship. Being a small business owner herself also gives her firsthand perspective on the importance of making smart decisions about time, budgets, marketing, and growth.
A Shaker Heights native, Keren lives in Euclid with her husband, Matthew, and their three children, Alyssa, Phoenyx, and Skylar. Outside of work, she loves creating art, reading, traveling, cooking, planning celebrations and getaways, discovering new places around Cleveland, playing board games, and spending time with family and friends.
Equal parts strategist and creative, Keren loves finding the idea, opportunity, or connection that wasn’t obvious at first—and figuring out how to turn it into something that works.
