East Coast Custard
East Coast Custard—a chain of frozen custard shops in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area—has been relying on Dynamics Online for website maintenance and design work since September of 2017. In the summer of 2025, we updated the site with a new WordPress theme and flavor calendar system to enhance mobile functionality and allow for easier client updates.
The site features a rotating calendar of feature flavors that’s updated for each location by the franchisees. We supplement this by designing promotional banners for the home page and rotating them throughout the year. When Cleveland Magazine ranked East Coast Custard one of Northeast Ohio’s “Best Ice Cream Shops,” we helped to make sure their customers knew!
We also work directly with the client on new promotional strategies and site features. A recent example is integration with DoorDash so customers can get “The World’s Finest Frozen Custard” delivered right to their home!
