Dynamics Online has programmed and managed the website for this real estate owner/manager since the late 1990s. In order to make the website more appealing to users of smartphones and tablets, we recently reprogrammed the site in WordPress. The site features customization of the site’s appearance and extensive use of custom posts type programming to database the detailed property descriptions. As a result, site visitors can easily find properties by location, by type, and by availability. Chelm Properties staff can use a web-based interface to add and edit properties.
